The Michael Lonsdale Group has received a four and a half star rating and a certificate of excellence by the Considerate Constructors Scheme in 2021.

Monitored against a Code of Considerate Practice, the report was conducted remotely, overseeing the Groups presence at The Peninsular Hotel for validation. The final scores of 41/50 meant that an impressive 4 1/2 stars were allocated to the group – nothing short of excellent given the current climate.

Scoring is allocated on five criteria; appearance, community, environment, safety and workforce. The Michael Lonsdale Group demonstrated consistency across the board, scoring a minimum of 8/9 on every section. In the executive summary, the company were reported to have “excellent policies and procedures” that “remain consistent.” The business also maintains a “strong company brand”, with “exceptional safety arrangements.”

For scoring 8+ on each criterion we’ve also been awarded the Considerate Constructors Certificate of Excellence for our registration period between March 2020 and March 2021.
