Michael J Lonsdale has successfully completed the M&E fit-out of Levels 1, 3 and 4 for the new Gartner office at 8 Salisbury Square.
This fast track D&B fit-out took the project from Stage 3 design to completion within 6 months. The successful hard work, commitment and inter-coordination between Mace Interiors, the design team, MJL, other trade contractors ensured success.
Highlights of the A grade specification install includes bespoke fitted suspended luminaries installed with millimetre accuracy to align with the office desks, full lighting control in each room for the simtronic install and fully motorised desks for every employee, catering for seated and standing workplaces.
