We completed the fast track design and build, M&E CAT A to CAT B fit out to B1 (part), B2 (part) and Level 11 – 17 at 1 Creechurch Place. A 272,505 sq ft, 17-storey, high spec office development.
What We Did
This project comprised of new MEP services for the general office workspace, a restaurant, catering services, meeting room suite, executive board room areas, breakout space and data rooms. Part way through the contract, Level 10 was added and incorporated into project scope.
Works included modifications and adaptations to existing base build M&E infrastructure to service the new MEP space.
New services included drainage, CWS, HWS, AHU, extract fans, VRF, FCUs, HL & LL bus bar, UPS, FAVA adaptions, lighting control adaptions, lighting and specialist lighting, containment and cabling.
