What We Did
Redworx completed the installation of a mechanical services package for CAT A installation of individual lettable office spaces within the development. A new VRF system was installed throughout, with the existing ventilation plant being reused.
The BMS was upgraded and modified into the base build system. Services for a new toilet core and kitchenette were also installed. With the office services having an exposed finish, exceptional attention to detail was maintained at all times.
