Project info
The Ziggy Stardust project, carried out by Redworx, was a complete refurbishment of global publishing company, Springer Natures Kings Cross office. As the building was occupied, the work was carried out over multiple phases to enable at least 80% occupation throughout the project duration.
What We Did
The smaller building required 4 levels and the roof of the central glass atrium to be fully infilled, matching the existing CAT B fit out. All new MEP services were installed with a new primary air handling plant and VRF comfort cooling.
The larger segment of the project was a full building refit across 4 levels and roof, whilst maintaining 3 levels of occupation at all times.
All services were completed to give the office spaces an exposed and highly polished finish. Our high-level quality control made this all possible.
