Over the years we have produced a high volume of tenders, and in doing so built an extensive cost modeling and pricing data library. This enables us to establish project values in the early stages of tendering and to interrogate tenders.
This body of work is shared with the industry, contributing to various publications and informally providing feedback to our client teams in pre-construction or cost viability studies. Sharing this type of information enables our client stream to understand the variables that make up a tender, and to validate their own cost plans where necessary.
